___
During our journey across Colombia, we experienced something that cannot be planned. Human stories and landscapes that take your breath away. Powerful moments and flavour experiences that stay with you forever.
We return with memories of faces, places, and moments that changed us forever.
Now we sit at home and remember. The morning mist over Inmaculada. The silence of El Refugio. Mauricio’s smile. The taste of cherries.
And now we bring the whole story in one unique box. Five specialty coffees from Colombia, connected by more than just flavour. These are memories you can share with us. Now it is time to pass the story on to you.
The box is available in a limited quantity. Once it disappears, it is gone forever.

Inmaculada. Where legends are born
Region: Pichindé, Cali
Producer: Inmaculada family
Altitude: 1,750 to 2,000 metres above sea level
Varieties: Striped Bourbon, Pink Bourbon
Processing: Natural and anaerobic fermentation
Flavour profile:
Striped Bourbon – Lemon curd, cranberries, port wine.
Pink Bourbon – Red apple, guava, and cocoa beans.
Inmaculada is a legend in the world of specialty coffee. Even the chance to visit the farm was an incredible experience for us. Since 2010, the Holguín family has been building more than just a farm. They are building a vision.
Every coffee plant here grows with scientific precision and with love for the soil. Every detail has meaning. Every cherry is cultivated with respect for the place where it was born.
It is no surprise that Inmaculada coffees regularly appear on the stages of the world’s most prestigious competitions.
For you, we selected two gems. Pink Bourbon honey, gentle and balanced. Striped Bourbon is natural, intense, and complex like Colombia itself.
El Refugio. A place where we would love to live
Region: Villamaría, Caldas Department, Vereda Bajo Castillo
Producer: Agudelo Uribe family
Altitude: 1,750 to 2,050 metres above sea level
Varieties: Gesha, Sidra Bourbon
Processing: Washed
Flavour profile:
Sidra Bourbon – tangerines jam and hibiscus tea
Gesha – Black tea, jasmine, and lemon loaf cake
El Refugio was one of those farms that you remember forever. Hidden in the mountains near Manizales, surrounded by mist and greenery, it felt incredibly peaceful.
The married couple who created this place had a clear vision. One third of the land would remain wild, and the rest would be turned into a carefully managed farm. She brought agronomic knowledge from Siruma; he brought export experience. Together, they created something exceptional.
From El Refugio, we bring Sidra, pure and distinctive, and Geisha, elegant and floral.
Dulce Misterio. When a dream becomes reality
Region: Neira, Caldas
Producer: Mauricio Duque
Altitude: 1,850 to 2,040 metres above sea level
Variety: Pink Bourbon
Processing: Washed with controlled fermentation
Flavour profile: Lemon balm tea, orange and panela
The Dulce Misterio farm is a story of change that truly captivated us during our visit. Mauricio had spent many years working in large-scale coffee export. But he left behind that certainty and chose to build his farm and dedicate his life to specialty coffee.
When he handed us a freshly picked cherry, the sweetest we tasted on the whole trip, we saw pride in his eyes. Not only pride in the coffee, but in the journey he chose. In just a few years, his coffees reached the world’s top rankings.
“Dulce Misterio” means sweet mystery. Perhaps the mystery lies in the fact that when you do what you love, everything else falls into place.
His Pink Bourbon is like his story. Gentle, sweet, and pure.
We work with several couriers worldwide, the table HERE specify the conditions for each country.
