    In the Brazilian region of Sul de Minas, farmers from Cocatrel Direct Trade cooperative cultivated this coffee. Thanks to the dry processing  method and drying in so-called static boxes, the coffee has a more pronounced and fruity flavor profile than the one usually associated with Brazilian coffee.

    High in the mountains called Bombe, in the ethiopian region of Sidamo, this coffee was grown by small-scale farmers. At the progressiove processing station Bombe, they processed it using the so-called dry fermentation method, which consumes little water and is thus more environmentally friendly.

    Brazil is generally considered a country where coffee tastes are conservative and even boring for some; it certainly does not include the coffee from Rancho Grande farm and their Manga Larga project.
