NESPRESSO® compatible
In the Sul de Minas region of Brazil, coffee is grown by farmers from the Cocatrel Direct Trade Cooperative, part of the larger Cocatrel Cooperative group, which was founded in 1961. Our coffee, called Caixa de Fruta, which translates as ‘box of fruit’, comes from a specific area called Carmo da Cachoeira and has been processed using the natural method and dried in ‘static boxes’, i.e. without rotation and with controlled temperature. This processing method brings a distinctive flavor profile to the cup with pleasant notes of red fruit. CAFEINA is our basic coffee for espresso. Its composition and roasting method gives you a stable taste with low acidity that is full of sweet chocolate, nuts, and marzipan.

Capsules – Ethiopia Bombe Washed € 8.23 – € 131.37Select options
NESPRESSO® compatible
This coffee has been grown by small farmers of the Sidamo region of Ethiopia, high in the mountains called Bombe. Ripe cherries were hand-picked and brought for processing to the Bombe station belonging to major coffee producer Asefa Dukamo. Asefa, together with his family, manages the processing station in a very progressive and well-organised way, and with respect for the nature and ecology. Our coffee has been processed using the so-called dry fermentation method, which is a variation of the traditional Ethiopian processing method but uses significantly less water. In the cup, the processing method results in a complex and sweet flavour with notes of jasmine, bergamot, black tea and honey cake.
