STORY OF THE STATION ANF FARM
This blend brings together coffees from two distinct communities: Uganda Since 2017, The Coffee Gardens has been supporting ethical specialty coffee production and transparent connections between farmers and customers. Through collaboration with Falcon, farmers receive training in sustainable agricultural practices, including shade-grown cultivation and improved harvesting techniques. Ethiopia The Kotta cooperative is part of the Kata Maduga Union, established in 2016. This union helps twenty local associations better organize the sale and export of their harvests. Kotta cooperative members are smallholders with plots ranging from one to twenty hectares. Because the coffee grows at high altitudes above 2,000 meters, the cherries ripen more slowly, gaining their characteristic density and sweetness.
