Roasting & Dispatch

We roast coffee 4 times a week — always from Monday to Thursday. Your order is queued for the next roasting day immediately after it is completed and paid for. We pack the coffee right after roasting and usually hand it over to the carrier the same day.

Dispatch schedule

  • Orders placed Monday by midnight → roasted and dispatched on Tuesday
  • Orders placed Tuesday by midnight → roasted and dispatched on Wednesday
  • Orders placed Wednesday by midnight → roasted and dispatched on Thursday
  • Orders placed Thursday–Sunday by midnight → roasted and dispatched on Monday

Delivery options

Delivery to address – PPL

Delivery via PPL shipping service directly to your address. Within the Czech Republic usually 1 working day from dispatch, to Slovakia 1–2 working days.

Pick‍-‍up point – PPL ParcelShop

Choose your pick‍-‍up point directly in the cart from the PPL ParcelShop selection. Available for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Parcel box – PPL ParcelBox / AlzaBox

Delivery to a PPL ParcelBox or AlzaBox of your choice from the cart. Available for the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Personal collection – Ostrava roastery

Collect your order in person at Mitrovická 128/66, Ostrava 72400. We recommend contacting us in advance to verify product availability: +420 736 632 977.

Personal collection – Father’s Coffee Store Prague

Collect your order at Father’s Coffee Store, Bubenečská 43, Prague 6. We recommend contacting us in advance to verify product availability.

Free shipping

Father’s Family members receive free shipping within the Czech Republic from a single coffee package (250 g and above). For other products (without coffee) standard shipping applies.

Payment options

Online payments

Payments are processed via GoPay payment gateway. We accept:

  • Credit / debit card
  • Google Pay
  • Apple Pay
  • QR code

Cash on delivery

Pay in cash directly to the PPL courier upon delivery. Available for the Czech Republic only.

On invoice

Invoice payment is available for wholesale (B2B) customers.

Personal collection

At the Ostrava roastery or the Prague store we accept both cash and card.

Coffee subscription

Coffee subscription follows the same shipping and payment conditions as regular orders. After subscribing, we dispatch the first package on the next roasting day, with subsequent deliveries at your chosen frequency.

Important notes

  • We offer whole bean coffee in 250 g, 1 kg and 2 kg variants. We sell exclusively whole bean 100% arabica — we do not offer pre‍-‍ground coffee, as each brewing method requires a different grind setting.
  • For online payments (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, QR code) payment is required immediately at the time of ordering. Goods will be prepared for dispatch only after successful payment processing.
