Who should I buy a coffee gift subscription for?
It’s for absolutely anyone who loves good coffee. For espresso lovers, filter coffee lovers, and anyone who enjoys their daily coffee ritual. It’s an original gift that brings joy again and again.
How does the gift subscription work?
You buy the gift subscription for someone else as a present. You choose the coffee, set the frequency and total number of deliveries and pay for everything in advance. We take care of the regular delivery of freshly roasted coffee. You can plan the start of the subscription yourself, or leave it to the recipient. The end of the subscription is predetermined and deliveries stop automatically.
When will the recipient get the first coffee delivery?
You can set the date of the first delivery at purchase, or leave the activation and date choice to the recipient. We freshly roast and ship the coffee on the chosen date, and the first delivery arrives approximately 1–2 days later. Further deliveries follow at the chosen frequency.
Can the recipient change the coffee or subscription settings?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. You set the gift subscription at purchase and it is paid in advance for its entire duration. For this reason, it is not possible to change the chosen coffee, frequency or number of deliveries.
Can the gift subscription be extended or more deliveries added?
The gift subscription cannot be extended, nor can additional deliveries be added afterwards. If you want to treat the recipient to more months of great coffee, you need to create a new gift subscription, choose the coffee again, set the delivery frequency and the total number of deliveries, and pay for it in advance.
How will I receive the gift voucher and how can I give it?
We’ll send you the gift voucher by e-mail in digital form. It’s up to you which form you choose. You can send it to the recipient electronically, or print it and hand it over in person.
