How do I become a Father’s Family Club member and what does it cost?
Simply activate a club coffee subscription. This automatically makes you a member of Father’s Family Club. The price of the coffee subscription depends on the chosen type of coffee, quantity and delivery frequency. Club membership is included with your subscription automatically for a symbolic price — 1 CZK / month.
How does the club coffee subscription work?
You choose the club coffee subscription for yourself. (As opposed to a gift subscription, which you buy for someone else.) You choose the coffee, set the delivery frequency and monthly payment. We take care of the rest and send you fresh coffee right to your door — hassle-free and without the need for repeated orders. Regularly and responsibly, at your own pace.
Can I be a club member without a coffee subscription?
Standalone club membership is not possible. Father’s Family Club and all its content is accessible only to our coffee subscribers.
Why do I pay monthly when you might send coffee only once every 6 weeks?
Payment is monthly and based on your settings. The amount is calculated so that it is the same and predictable every month.
How can I cancel my club membership?
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account. It remains active until the end of the current period, after which it automatically stops. Stay for as long as you want.
Can I change the coffee, size or frequency?
You choose your settings (type of coffee, size and frequency) when building your subscription. If you want to change anything, simply cancel your current subscription and build a new one with the new settings – with no commitment, anytime.
